Suing Sentosa for being stung by Stonefish.

An article in today's TODAY paper. Perhaps some background on stonefish. It's one of the most feared creature of the sea. Small in size (smaller than palm sometimes), stonefish has fatal stings! They camouflaged perfectly into the surrounding rocks. Stonefish always appear dirty and filled with moss and algae. Exactly like how rocks looks like underwater.

To be on the safe side, we usually fan across the vicinity before we place our hand on any rock underwater. Better still, get one of those long stainless steel rod so that you use that instead of your hands.

I am surprised the victim (a Malay man in his 40's) survived the sting!
Apparently his sole had to be cut open, poison drawn out 2x over 1 month period...
Lost his job due to his immobility...

The question is, can someone sue Sentosa for a sting he got while swimming in the sea?

Can someone sue when a shark attack him.....?
Or sue when a bee sting him.....?

Or sue when there is a earthquake.....?

i say cannot sue. it's in the category of 'act of God' what... although it's man-made beach, but it's not man-made sea and of course the bugger stonefish has freedom to swim into the beach lah. but the guy also poor thing lah i must say. very sway to step on the bugger. he shld've bought insurance...
