This is what the dear husband drafted out for a friend of mine who is recently pregnant.

Monday: Stretching
Tuesday: Weights & Brisk Walk
Wednesday: Stretching
Thursday: Weights & Cycle
Friday: Rest (Yipeee!!!)
Saturday: Swimming
Sunday: Cycle, Brisk Walk, Weights
...the one who would love Friday the most :)

Nice??? Me don't think so. I demand all-week Friday.
ha ha... the husband only meant good :) Preggy women tend to be lazy and dread exercise. That will make them fat and not fit for labour...
